1-Minute Real Estate Video (Edited in Final Cut Pro)
For this project, I built a complete 1-minute real estate showcase of this beautiful $6,000,000 Arizona mansion from the ground up inside Final Cut Pro. Here’s the full breakdown of my workflow:
Assembled raw footage and identified the strongest clips
✂️ Trimmed down shots to remove abrupt movements
⚡ Speed-ramped sequences going in the same direction for smooth flow
Masked the real estate agent and placed both 2D & 3D animated text behind her
Created a disappearing effect transition
Selected music and synced with pacing
Added zoom-ins, speed ramps, and motion blur for energy
Designed a cinematic day-to-night transition
Built layered sound design for depth
Applied color grading using two adjustment layers (conversion LUT + creative adjustments)
️ Individually adjusted each clip for consistency and polish
